William Lester Legg is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and its Estates and Trusts Section.  He is licensed to practice before all Courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States District Court (ED KY), United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals (6th Circuit).  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky in 1974 and his Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law (NKU) in 1979.
